Established in 1963, Morgan Tool & Supply quickly gained a reputation for providing quality products and outstanding customer service. That legacy was continued by Richard Williford and Jimbo Wilkerson when they assumed ownership in 2007. Richard and Jimbo built on that exceptional reputation by placing the highest importance on customer service, and Morgan Tool continually strives to expand our services and product variety to ensure every client gets exactly what they need. Morgan Tool is now owned by Darragh Company, with hopes to continue to grown and expand the business. 

Morgan Tool & Supply specializes in providing superior quality screws and fasteners, power tools, hand tools, cutting instruments, safety gear, fire-stopping, drilling and anchoring, and adhesives. We work with commercial and residential construction, industrial, and oilfield professionals, and our competitive pricing, knowledgeable staff, and wide variety of top brands make us the best choice in town for any project.

Darragh Company Acquisition 

On March 1st, 2021 Darragh Company, a commercial construction supply company, acquired Morgan Tool & Supply. Darragh and Morgan share many of the same product lines and together have stronger capabilities to offer the products construction, industrial and trade professionals depend on. 

Darragh is based in Little Rock, AR. Founded in 1906, the Darragh Company got its start by supplying cement, in wooden kegs, to the building of the Arkansas State Capitol.

The McClamroch Building

When Richard Williford and Jimbo Wilkerson assumed ownership of Morgan Tool & Supply in 2007, the company had three employees. As the business began to grow, so did the team and the inventory. It was time to grow into a new building, and the McClamroch building in downtown Shreveport was the perfect fit. A long history of working well together led to a great merger between the two companies in 2015, and today Morgan Tool & Supply has grown to include 16 employees and an impressive storefront and inventory space in this historic building.
